Over the years, i have had the pleasure of creating ceremonies and working with couples from a distance (geographically speaking!), often without having a chance to meet them in person until the day of the rehearsal or the wedding. Many couples choose to have their wedding in Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs or in greater Southern California. Their reasons vary, but the results have all been terrific.
i have married people from all over the world, including couples:
· Who live in Kentucky, but wanted to be married at an important event at a favorite location.
· From France, who were only in town for a few days as part of their choir’s tour.
· From across the country, as the couple started school, finished school or completed their degrees, MD’s, JD’s or PhD’s before moving to California.
· Who fell in love in California and wanted to have a destination wedding here, before going back home to Canada.
· Who desire to take part in a double wedding. The ceremony was taking place in L.A. but only one of the couples was in Los Angeles, while the other was not.
If you are planning a wedding abroad or from outside of California, let me be your officiant! We can accomplish everything in a few easy steps. We can meet via Skype or talk over the phone for our initial consultation. Then via email, i will guide you along the entire process, from obtaining the marriage license, to writing and perfecting the ceremony. All you have to do is determine who will be where, and when you will be there. All travel is included in one fee.
