A short (30 to 45 minute) NO OBLIGATION interview: *Meet at a mutually convenient location...OR if necessary, speak live via Skype or telephone. *Talk about your vision! *Brainstorm ideas, express likes/dislikes and share suggestions or expertise. *See sample ceremony outlines. *Read sample ceremony texts via email.
DRAFTS AND EDITS of the ceremony script: *Research by Celebrant: Sources provided include your suggestions, preferences & needs; archival, interpersonal, online and printed references; various resource libraries; consultation with colleagues, professionals, your community; and review of social media (if desired). *Collaborate with Celebrant and complete a take-home questionnaire, either via email or verbally. *Edit or change as you wish, until you give final approval.
REHEARSAL if applicable: *Held at ceremony venue with prior arrangement. *Cue sheets for party, photographer, musicians, event staff, etc. DAY OF CEREMONY: *Arrival at venue 30 minutes before start of ceremony. *Consultation with musicians, video/photographers, caterers, venue/event staff, family members, etc. as needed. *Mic and amplified speaker. *Performance of ceremony.
FILING of documents with official agencies or government offices *Follow-up information and assistance as needed. *Celebrant facilitates communication with you throughout the process. Authorised or required legal parties may or may not be included.
